My experience so far has been very enriching, the fact of having the opportunity to learn different cultures and markets is a great challenge and at the same time a tremendous opportunity; that added to the multicultural and interdisciplinary work team, make the perfect match that allows me to grow. My experience in Arkano has been very cool, I really like that they can give the opportunity to work to people from other countries, we really want to be a contribution. The most remarkable thing for me so far is on the one hand, the multicultural experience of daily work, through which I have been able to interact with people from different countries, since this is new to me. And on the other hand, the experiences with the team, I have learned a lot about Microsoft solutions that I did not know and it has been very good. I imagine myself in the future implementing solutions at great levels and also being a reference for my colleagues when they have doubts, just as they have supported me so far.

My experience so far has been very nourishing, both professionally and personally, because from my role as PM I interact with many people in the team and also with clients from different industries and cultures, I highlight the latter, which I find spectacular since it is very challenging. Also, I have been able to test my base professional training, which is Mechanical Civil Engineering, since I can contribute from my vision and at the same time learn a lot through the synergy generated. I imagine myself leading larger and larger projects and being able to offer my vision for the solutions that clients need, as I believe I can grow a lot there.
